Stylists work with all hair types, textures and colors, aiming for healthy-looking results that clients can recreate at home. Haircuts include barber cuts from $52, haircuts from $63, and children's cuts for ages 3 to 10.

Booking runs through the Boulevard platform, where clients can book individual or group appointments, memberships and gift cards. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice; shorter notice carries a fee of 50% of the service, and a no-show is charged 100%. Adding a credit card at booking secures that policy. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can be treated as a no-show if the stylist cannot accommodate the visit. Product returns are accepted within two weeks of purchase. Stylist prices vary by skill and experience across Levels 1 to 5. The salon is open Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday.

The salon runs a self-paced, paid Associates Program that ends with Level 1 status and requires a Washington cosmetology license. Associates receive a living wage plus tips, typically reach Level 1 within six to nine months, and spend two to three days a week assisting with shampooing, blow drying, toning and salon tasks. Each week they get one opportunity shift working on their own guests in a training chair, and they attend two hands-on education days a month, which all stylists may join. The salon also regularly offers complimentary training sessions for stylists.

Stylists follow a six-step process for haircuts, color and styling: listening to the client, giving feedback, creating the look, refining it, styling it, and celebrating the result. Fashion-forward stylists keep up with the season's popular cuts, colors and styles and offer feedback on looks.
