Union Beauty Lab

Union Beauty Lab was established in 2017 and operates as a DBA of Brow Beat Studios LLC. It is a newer location of BrowBeat Studios Dallas, which the business names as one of its founding studios. Bianca Elise founded the studio and leads its artistry.

Visits are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM. Clients can start with a free complimentary consultation before booking. Scheduling and studio communication happen mostly by text, and calls to the studio line are directed to text. Once payment is made, the studio texts within one business day to finalize the appointment time, and a booking is only confirmed after that. Consultations for men are available by phone.

Brow services include microblading, which the studio places with tiny sterile disposable needles and classifies as a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo. Microblading is usually done in two sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart, with anesthetic applied about 30 minutes beforehand. The New You Brow Special covers a first session and consultation, booked as a 2 hour 59 minute appointment, and a Nano upgrade can be added for 45 more minutes. Signature Brow Design and Signature Nano Machine Brows both include a private consultation and brow mapping, with the design approved before any pigment is placed. Most first sessions range from $600 to $900 depending on technique, and lighter services such as Lip Refresh or Color Boost start around $450.

Lip blushing offers a custom tint and softer, defined lip shape, and the studio says results last three to four years. Options include dark lip correction, lip shape correction and scar camouflage. Dark Lips+ is a melanin-rich service that requires a consultation before booking, and Signature Dark Lip Blushing is a color neutralization treatment applied before soft blush color. The studio notes that lip blush color heals about 40% lighter than it looks at first.

Laser services begin with an assessment of existing pigment and a patch test when appropriate. Brow Stroke Softening and Lightening is a $275 session that improves existing brow pigment without fully removing it, and it includes a $75 credit toward a future brow service. The Brow Tattoo Removal Series starts at $199 per session with a three-session minimum and a customized plan. The Tiny Tattoo Removal Series starts at $275 per session and gradually lightens unwanted pigment.

Policies to know before booking: clients must be at least 18 for microblading, and the studio prefers not to perform it on pregnant or nursing clients. A card is needed to reserve, but is not charged at booking. Apple Pay, card and Afterpay are accepted through Square, financing is available, and payments can be split with Afterpay. During peak seasons a $100 retainer may be requested and applied to the final balance. Changes need at least 72 hours' notice, and later changes incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Each client may reschedule twice, after which a non-refundable $75 deposit applies to future bookings. Clients who arrive with a fresh tan or sunburn must reschedule and forfeit their deposit. The studio guarantees its work. The studio describes itself as voted number one best microblading and best lip blush studio in Dallas and Fort Worth, and says more than 4,200 women have had services there.

Each brow design is tailored to the client's face, skin and lifestyle, with brow color mixed to match the client's hair and custom designs offered for blonde, brunette, redhead and Asian brow shapes.
