About
Bianca Elise founded Union Beauty Lab and is its lead artist. Her background includes more than 25 years of portrait fine arts experience.
She is an OSHA-certified permanent makeup artist and a 15x certified permanent makeup artist, and she is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She spoke at the Society's annual convention on treating diverse skin tones in permanent makeup.
She works with a select number of private clients each month. She is known for natural, healed-looking results and a personalized approach.
