The facial menu is organized around skin concerns. The Acne Clearing Facial combines cell turnover, extractions, high frequency, an enzyme treatment, an antioxidant acne mask and either an ice globe or gua sha massage, and it is recommended twice a month for three months alongside one peel each month. A three-month Acne Program with bi-weekly treatments costs $375, which the business says saves $50 over single treatments. Chemical peels are also offered, including a customized peel for acne, pigmentation or the back, which takes 40 minutes and carries about three to five days of downtime out of the sun. A customized pigmentation peel has three to four days of downtime.

The Hydra-GLOW Facial runs 80 minutes for $135 and uses hydra-infusion with vacuum suction, with dermaplaning and radio frequency skin tightening included. The Ultimate Revitalizing Facial uses the RevitaPen, which the business describes as a microneedling alternative with no downtime, and it says the treatment supplies collagen for 30 days. The Unfiltered GLOW Customized Facial is 80 minutes for $149.

Lash services include a lash lift with tint for $90 and extension full sets in Classic ($150), Hybrid ($169), Wispy Volume ($179) and Mega Volume ($199). Fills are timed by the weeks since the last visit, so a two-week fill takes 55 minutes, and fills never run past 1 hour and 40 minutes. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, since cleaning time is deducted from the appointment. Brow lamination with castor oil included is $75, and the business says lamination and lash lift last five to nine weeks while tinting lasts three to five weeks, depending on washing and water exposure.

Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $15 charge, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the visit with a charge of 50 percent of the appointment. Returning lash clients get $20 off a full set, and mini fills do not count as full fills, so the next fill may cost more. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Clients outside San Diego can book virtual skin coaching, and Osmosis Beauty and Face Reality products, along with lash and brow products, can be bought by phone or in studio after a consultation.
