Services fall into three groups: lashes, brows and sunless tans. Lash options range from full sets and a lash lift with tint to refresh visits and UV Lashes 101, which takes about three to three and a half hours depending on preferences. Clients are advised that lash extensions are typically refreshed every two to three weeks.
Brow work includes gentle hard wax shaping, a custom tint that typically lasts three to four weeks on brow hairs, and tint-only appointments without shaping.
Sunless tanning is offered in the studio and as a mobile service, with 8 to 12 hour and rapid rinse solutions. The tans use a beet-based solution, and other sunless options are available for clients whose skin needs something different. Mobile tans are not typically offered because of scheduling but can be requested, with an extra fee for locations more than 10 miles from the studio.
A visit is by appointment only. Lash clients arrive makeup-free with freshly cleaned lashes. The waiting room has drinks, snacks and retail products, and the restroom is stocked with supplies. Tan clients are asked to avoid waxing, massages and mani/pedis after a tan and to book those at least a day before.
The studio tailors each service to the client's natural features and teaches lash health, with the business stating its work avoids lash damage. Sunless tans are matched to each client's skin, undertone and desired depth of colour.
The studio is a separate addition to the owner's house at the corner of Ashburton and Wickham Rd.
