Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking page. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, from 10:15 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Hair extensions require a deposit.

The color menu is broad, with root retouches, partial and full highlights, lowlights, all over color, all over bleach, balayage and color melt, toner, blonding, color removal and color correction, which starts at $150 and is then billed at $50 an hour.
