Loc services run from starters for medium-size locs and crochet maintenance to comb outs, loc extensions, and reattachment of old locs. Braid options include Miracle Knots on natural hair, knotless box braids and two strand twists, plus goddess braids, box braids and wet sets shown in its gallery. A detox treatment for scalp buildup, itching and odor is offered, and the company suggests it about twice a year, more often for some clients. A pre-shampoo repair treatment and a scalp massage can be added to visits.
Booking is done online, and a deposit of up to half the cost of the requested services is asked for by text shortly afterward. One cancellation or reschedule is honored if requested 72 hours ahead; within 24 hours the deposit is forfeited and a new one is required to rebook. Payment can be made by Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or debit or credit card, with a processing fee on card payments. An 18% automatic service fee is added to every bill, and a late fee applies for each 15 minutes past a 15-minute grace period.
The business sells silk pillowcases and a silk sleep cap, a Matrix Biolage shampoo, Doo Gro anti itch oil, and a comb knife, and it offers gift cards. A referral program gives a $30 service credit for each referred client who attends a booked appointment.
