Visits begin with a consultation of about 30 minutes with the medical team, used to put together a personalized plan. The studio says it puts education ahead of selling and avoids pressure and unnecessary treatments. Appointments can be booked online. The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and is closed Sundays.

Services fall into several groups. Cosmetic injectables include neurotoxins and fillers overseen by the medical team. Medical facials include the Undone Facial, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, DiamondGlow and oxygen facials. Skin treatments include chemical peels, microneedling with PRF, skin rejuvenation and collagen stimulators. A men's menu adds Brotox, hair restoration, jawline treatment and skin and laser work.

Undone Well is an Allē partner, so Allergan treatments such as Botox and Juvéderm earn Allē points, which are redeemed as dollars off future visits. Allē membership is free to join. The studio describes itself as Top 1% Allergan. Payment options include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cherry monthly financing with plans from 0% APR, and CareCredit on eligible treatments. Gift cards can be used on every treatment, facial and package.
