The spa says its goal is to help each patient reach their aim of enhancing their appearance and self-esteem. It describes its approach as giving straightforward advice, setting realistic expectations and keeping pricing transparent, without high-pressure sales. Staff are nurse practitioners and RNs who provide aesthetic medical treatments, and the spa says it has a board-certified nurse practitioner on site.

The spa says Botox Cosmetic is purchased only from Allergan and that it is a certified BOTOX Cosmetic clinic. Botox Cosmetic is FDA-approved for glabellar lines, forehead wrinkles and crow's feet, and treatments take about 10 minutes. Results typically last 3 to 4 months. The spa also offers men's Botox, customized to keep a natural look.

Laser services include the 2D, 3D and 4D Laser Facials, which combine Laser Genesis, LimeLight IPL photofacial, chemical peel and, in the 4D version, JuVaShape treatment for the face, neck and chest. The clinic also offers SecretPRO fractional CO2 resurfacing, Total FX skin resurfacing, RF Microneedling with CO2, and laser pigment removal. Chemical peels include Jessner, Pumpkin, Retin A and TCA peels.

Visits begin with a free consultation. Bookings are made by calling or texting (619) 717-8484 or emailing info@sitimedspa.com, and online booking is not available. Standard appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, and appointments longer than one hour need 48 hours' notice. The clinic is open Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. The spa says results vary because each person is different and outcomes depend on skin type, age, lifestyle and the recommended plan.

The spa says it gives straightforward advice, realistic expectations and transparent pricing, with no high-pressure sales tactics.
