The studio was founded by Bryce Sechler, who started out as a lash and brow technician in a salon before opening a business of her own. Bryce is the founder, CEO and lead artist, and the salon's owner. Her signature method is the Un-Stripped Method, a lash fanning technique built around precision, efficiency and lash health.

Artists are trained in-house and work to shared standards for results, cleanliness, safety and service timing, so the team aims to deliver the same results whichever artist a client sees. Staff take structured onboarding, continued technical education and regular quality evaluations. Every service starts with a consultation, and the team can accommodate all service needs.

Lash extensions are offered in Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles, as half sets or full sets customized to each client. Lash and brow lifts and tints include Korean lash lifts, brow lamination and brow tints, with results listed as lasting 8 to 10 weeks. Permanent makeup brows include Nano and Ombre styles, listed as lasting 3 to 5 years. The studio also offers brow shaping and fine line tiny tattoos.
