Ultra Touch offers braids, locs, twists, wigs and styling in Cleveland, Ohio. Its services are grouped into add-ons, braids, hair, locs, styling, twists and wigs, so clients can see at a glance which menu a style belongs to. Prices for braids start at $35 for men's stitch braids on a taper or fade and $40 for women's natural stitch braids.

Length is spelled out for many braid styles. Stitch braids with weave include hip length, butterfly feeders include thigh length, and knotless braids, island twists and lemonade braids include lower back length. Fulani braids or island twist start at $230 and include lower back length with no extended option. Extended length can be added to other services from $10, and boho curls can be added to other braid services for $35.

Locs are a large part of the menu. Starter locs and styled starter locs start at $130, and starter freeforms start at $200 with pricing that depends on hair length, style and locs. Loc installs start at $200 and require a consultation first, and natural hair must be at least 2.5 inches long for an install. Other loc styles include butterfly locs from $150, soft locs from $165, invisible locs from $185 and instant locs from $250, which include a wash and blowout. Maintenance covers retwists from $85, loc trims for $20, loc maintenance and repairs from $25 and a loc detox for $45 that soaks hair for 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Booking is deposit-based. Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is made, and a $25 deposit applies to wig installs, finger waves, loc detox, starter locs (freeforms) and braids into bundles. Cancelling at least 48 hours ahead lets a client reuse the same deposit to reschedule. Late cancellations are not charged a fee but require a new deposit to rebook, and no-shows are charged $50. The studio is open Monday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and it is closed on Sundays.
