The salon has two locations. The South End studio is at 2126 South Blvd, Suite 2, in Charlotte, close to uptown. The Waxhaw location is at 9925 Rea Rd in the Reafield area near Marvin. Gift cards can be bought for either location.

Manicures begin with shaping, cuticle work, and exfoliation of the hands and forearms, followed by a hand massage with hydrating lotion, polish, and cuticle oil. Pedicures include a scented foot soak, toenail shaping, callus smoothing, exfoliation, a foot and lower leg massage, and polish. Extended gel polish starts with nail prep (trimming, shaping, buffing, and cuticle work), then a base coat, several thin layers of color, and a high-gloss top coat. The gel is cured under an LED lamp, so nails are dry by the end of the visit. Each gel service finishes with cuticle oil and hand hydration. The salon says this gel is designed to wear longer than a standard gel manicure, up to about three weeks with little upkeep.

Little Diva is a nail service for children ages 4 to 8. It starts with a hand soak and light shaping, followed by polish in bright colors, glitter and shimmer shades, and stickers or designs, with optional mini gems. A Mani-Pedi Combo adds a foot soak, a gentle foot scrub, nail trimming, and toe polish. Eyelash extension services are by appointment only, and lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Leg waxing begins with a consultation on skin type and sensitivity, and uses soft strip wax or hard wax depending on the skin and hair.

The salon uses single-use disposables where it can, including pedicure chair liners changed between clients, disposable buffers and foot file blocks, and single-use dip powders. Metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave, and the salon says all tools are thoroughly sanitized.
