Clients travel from Downingtown, Chester Springs, West Chester, Coatesville, Malvern and the surrounding towns of western Chester County, including Eagle, Frazer, Paoli, Uwchlan and West Goshen. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The hair menu covers coloring, cutting, smoothing and texturizing, styling and treatments. Smoothing includes the Kera Therapy Hair Smoothing Treatment. Facial services include the Signature Facial, the Seasonal Facial, which uses products and scents chosen for the season, and the quicker Express Facial. Microdermabrasion and peels are also offered. Every facial includes a skin analysis by an experienced esthetician and a relaxing European massage. Massage options are Swedish, deep tissue and prenatal massage. YUMI Lashes, waxing for women and men, bridal services, cosmetics services and gift certificates round out the menu.

A new client starts with a complimentary consultation to talk through goals before any service begins. Beverages of the client's choice are offered during appointments. Waxing uses a professional hair removal wax with soothing components. If a client is not satisfied, the salon offers a free redo within two weeks of the service. Clients can also earn rewards points and spend them on services or products in the salon. Staff meet Pennsylvania's minimum state licensing requirements and train throughout the year on new trends and health updates.
