The first hair loss consultation is free, private, confidential and carries no obligation, and the clinic lists what clients can expect to pay during and after treatment. According to the clinic, clients can switch treatment plans partway through the program with minimal cost or fuss. Treatment takes place in private rooms.

Surgical hair restoration includes FUE, which removes individual grafts using manual or motorized punches and typically leaves small dot-like scars; it takes one to four hours. FUT removes a strip of donor tissue and divides it into grafts; it takes about 15 to 30 minutes and leaves a linear scar that is closed with sutures. The donor area is the band of hair-rich scalp at the lower back of the head, numbed with local anesthetic, and harvesting it typically takes about half an hour. Transplants can be done at any stage of hair loss, though candidates need healthy growth at the back and sides of the head. Consultations include a proposed hairline design and a before and after rendering, and hairline planning considers both the result one year out and the hair loss expected over a lifetime. Patients return within five days to have the dressing removed and should avoid strenuous activity for several weeks while a FUT scar heals. New growth is visible at around three to four months, with full maturity at 12 to 18 months.

Beyond transplants, the clinic offers non-surgical skin grafts, a Growth Treatment as part of surgical restoration, and PRF therapy aimed at preventing hair loss. Women with female pattern hair loss, or hair loss from medical treatments or health issues, can choose hair systems designed for extended wear, hair enhancements that hide thinning and add volume and length to existing hair, or surgical options. An onsite plastic surgeon handles cosmetic procedures, including Bright Eyes eye surgery, eyelid surgery, forehead lift or advancement, mid facelift, lower face and neck lift, full facelift, Botox, lip filler, Sculptra and Lanluma injections, nano fat filler, and PRF for lower lid bags, wrinkles and the area around the mouth.

Treatment plans are designed around each client's goals, with a focus on long-term results, including how a transplant looks as hair loss continues, and on honest advice and transparent information for informed decisions.
