Dr. Mark Garbutt

Dr. Mark Garbutt is a plastic surgeon who works onsite at Ultimate Hair Dynamics, where eye surgery is his main focus, including orbital and reconstructive procedures. He has extensive experience rebuilding eyelids, orbital tissues and orbital bone. He also performs hair transplants. He graduated from Harvard College as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and went on to the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed an ophthalmology residency at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA and then a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic trauma and reconstructive surgery at the same institute. That fellowship included training at UCLA Hospital, LA Veterans Hospital, Harbor County Hospital and the San Fernando Valley County Hospital. He is board certified in eye surgery.
