The menu is built around facials. Options run from a 45-minute deep clean for teens ages 10 to 19 and a skin clearing facial for the back, to HydraFacial variations that add LED light therapy, dermaplaning and a booster serum chosen for each client's concerns, and Éminence gemstone facials that cover the face, neck and décolleté. The Bentley Triple Facial, a one-hour treatment with an enzyme peel, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, extractions, high-frequency and a finishing SPF, is the one the spa calls its most sought-after. Clients planning that facial are asked to stop retinoids one week beforehand. Microdermabrasion is also available using the Derma Pod mineral crystal system, and LumiLift and LumiFacial microcurrent treatments can be combined with microdermabrasion or dermaplaning.

Beyond facials, the spa offers Elleebana lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, brow lamination, and waxing for brows, lip, underarms and bikini. Extractions can be booked for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or one hour.

Before a first visit, clients complete a health intake form. Reservations are held with a credit or debit card, and holds are required for all new clients. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations incur a fee of 30% of the booked service. Clients more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Clients must be at least 10 years old, and guests under 18 need written parental consent. Payment is due at the time of service, and gift certificates are sold online only.
