Mini spa luxuries and express facials can be added to a main appointment or booked on their own as packages. The Scalp Hairapy package opens with a digital scalp analysis, then moves through cleansing, hair and scalp treatments, an extended scalp and neck massage and aromatherapy hot towels, all in one visit. The Sole and Palm Escape is a hand and foot treatment that includes a botanical soak, exfoliation, a steamed-towel mask and an extended therapeutic massage. The Luminous Mini Facial covers a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, a mask chosen for the client's skin needs, facial massage and premium serums.

Appointments are booked through the studio's GlossGenius booking page. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 8pm and Friday from 10am to 6pm, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients who arrive up to 15 minutes late are given a grace period, but should text ahead, and services may be shortened or moved. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for color and spa appointments, and later cancellations carry a 30% service fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full to the card on file.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and can be sent to the buyer or to a recipient on a chosen delivery date. Gift card sales are final, and the studio does not offer cash refunds. Results that need a slight adjustment can be reported within 7 days for a complimentary tweak.
