Pricing for appointments outside Charlotte is given on request and can change with travel and accommodation costs.

Appointments are booked online and a non-refundable deposit is required for every booking. Hair must be at least 4 inches long to book, and an appointment that does not meet that length is canceled without the deposit being returned. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead allow 30 days to reschedule and transfer the deposit. Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair holding little to no product, and to pay the remaining balance in full at the visit.

Walk-ins are accepted when the studio posts that they are open, but the work is generally done by appointment. Braiding for children starts at age 1, depending on hair density and hair health.
