The main Uptown studio is at 402 W Trade St, Suite 102, a short walk from hotels, restaurants and center city attractions. Complimentary parking is available in designated spaces during the day, evenings and weekends, including the back lot off N. Pine Street. Other locations are at 10700 Kettering Dr, Suite L in Pineville and at One Athletic Club, 101 S Tryon St, Suite 200. Hours at the Uptown location are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM. Clients can book online.

Visits start with a one-on-one consultation and skin analysis before any facial. Facials are tailored to skin type and goals, and the spa suggests returning every four to six weeks for ongoing skin health. Warm towels and complimentary beverages are offered, and the rooms are designed for a calm, restful visit. Massage prices include service, tax and gratuity. Private couples rooms are available for shared treatments.

Signature facials include the Jan Marini-based Custom Classic and Marini Enzyme facials, acne and chemical peel facials, and experience-style facials such as The Tyme Luxe Facial, The Tyme Glow Experience and The Red Carpet Facial. The Executive Reset is offered as a facial for men. HydraFacial options range from a 30-minute Express HydraFacial to a Platinum HydraFacial with lymphatic work.

Body waxing is offered from the lip and chin to full legs, using warm wax, a strip and a quick pull. The spa says results typically last three to six weeks depending on hair growth. Clients are asked to avoid creams or lotions on the day of waxing and to avoid sun exposure and hot showers for at least 24 hours afterward.

Wellness services include Subzero Cryotherapy, Therabody RecoveryAir compression therapy and corporate mobile services for businesses. The Tyme Wellness Membership is priced at 95 dollars per month and includes one 60-minute massage or one signature custom facial each month, with member perks, priority booking and complimentary aromatherapy. Unused membership credits roll over for up to 12 months. Gift cards are available, and a skincare shop sells products.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin type, body and goals. The spa describes its treatments as results-driven and its philosophy as caring for the mind, body and spirit together.
