Booking requires credit card information and a confirmation text follows. A 50% service fee applies to appointments missed without a call. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

The menu covers haircuts, bang trims, and children's cuts, with a haircut at $60 that includes a wash and blowout. Color options include gloss and toner, root touch-ups, root bleach and tone for fully blonde hair, fantasy color priced by the hair's previous lightening or color, face framing highlights, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage. Treatments include deep conditioning, a scalp detox for dry scalps, and keratin smoothing using Brazilian Blowout for frizz or for keeping bangs in place.

A free 15-minute consultation is available for talking through a next cut or color. When hair strength is questionable or the hair has box dye, the stylist may ask for a $10 test strand, which is credited toward the next appointment. Prices listed are starting prices for many services, and blowouts with curling or flat ironing carry an extra $10.
