Twisted Hair Knot works out of Suite 28 at Sola Salon Suite on Young Avenue in Moorestown, New Jersey. The menu covers women's and men's haircuts, blow outs, updos, and a range of color services from root color and glazes to partial and full highlights and balayage.

Hours run Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Color appointments can run long, from about 70 minutes for balayage to about two hours for a single and partial service, so the booking is set around the service. New clients booking color are asked to pay a deposit ahead of time, and the amount depends on the service. Consultations are free and take about 10 minutes, which is a useful first step before a larger color service.

Add-on products are available during color appointments. Extra color or bleach product comes in one or two portions, and a pre and post color treatment using K-18 can be added as well.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
