Services fall into four groups: haircuts, hair color and treatments, hair styling, and makeup. Haircuts cover women's, men's, girls' and boys' cuts, curly haircuts, bang reshapes, and tips and tricks sessions.

Color is the salon's best-known focus. Hand-painted balayage without foils is the signature service, and the color menu also includes all over color, root retouch and coverage, gray blending, glosses, bonding gloss, and color correction, along with several highlighting styles. Brow coloring is matched to the client's hair color. Color extensions are offered for real hair extensions the client supplies, since synthetic extensions cannot be colored.

Treatments include Brazilian Blowout chemical smoothing and K18 and Olaplex damage repair. Styling covers blowouts, special blowouts, hot tool work, updos, bridal styling, temporary extensions, and style lessons. Makeup includes full face, eyes only, one-hour makeup lessons, and bridal and special occasion makeup.

Platinum retouches, color correction, bridal styling and temporary extensions all require this consultation before the appointment can be set. Stylists set their own rates within a salon-wide level system, so pricing depends on skill, years of experience and demand. To book, guests can use the online booking system or email a recent photo along with the look they're after. On foot from the parking lot, head down Veltman Street and watch for the salon past the bend, reached by the first staircase on the left.
