The center describes its outlook as treating the skin as the largest organ, connected to hair and overall health, and aims to watch visible signs of health in order to help address internal disease and prevent illness. On the medical side, dermatology covers skin exams and skin cancer checks, surgical removal of lesions such as cysts and lipomas, and diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory conditions including acne, rosacea, eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, pigmentation disorders and keloids. Skin, hair and nail infections, including bacterial and fungal infections, molluscum and warts, are also treated. On the spa side, facials range from dermaplaning and microdermabrasion to chemical peels, microneedling, several Hydrafacial versions, the Visible Wellness Oxygen Facial and the Blood Drop Facial, which Pierre-Louis created. Cryotherapy and skin tag removal begin with a physician confirming the lesions are benign.

Booking is required, since the center sees patients by appointment only. In-office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8AM to 4PM, and the center stays closed on major holidays. Refunds are not given for self-pay cosmetic services, products, promotions or memberships, except where the treatment is shown to have caused harm or an adverse reaction. Services can be passed to another person when that makes sense, or exchanged for other services at retail price or during a promotion. Promotional purchases, prizes and treatments lapse after one year unless agreed otherwise, and membership discounts cannot be stacked with other offers.

Care is built on evidence-based medicine and a personalized plan for each patient, with the Visible Wellness concept applying a science-based approach to skin, hair and wellness.
