Hair services cover cuts, color and extensions. Cuts and styling include haircuts, blowouts, updos and extended finishes. Color ranges from base color at the regrowth and all over color, which includes retouching gray, to foil highlights, INOA color and balayage. Hair extensions come from Great Lengths, Habit Hair and Hairdreams, with pricing set at a consultation; a $150 extension consultation is credited toward the cost of the extensions.

Beyond hair, the salon offers Kérastase and other hair treatments, manicures, pedicures and gel polish, waxing for brows, face and other areas, brow and lash tinting, and makeup for day, evening and event occasions. Wedding and special occasion bookings require a 50% deposit at booking and full payment two weeks before the appointment.

Booking terms ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment, and late cancellations are charged the full booked value. A credit card holds any appointment and is charged only after the visit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled at the stylist's discretion. A 3.0% surcharge applies to credit card payments, and checks are not accepted. Tips are given in cash, by check or through Venmo directly to the provider.

According to the salon, the Minnesota Star Tribune named it a bronze winner for Best Hair Salon in its 2024 Readers Choice poll, and Lake Minnetonka Magazine named it Best Salon and Best Manicure and Pedicure in its 2024 readers poll.
