Visits are by appointment only. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and it is closed on Saturdays. Before or after a service, guests can use a relaxing wash house.
The menu covers color from all-over tones and gloss to bleach and toner, partial and full highlights, and root touch-ups, along with several kinds of cuts: signature haircuts, women's cuts, pixie cuts, clipper cuts, men's maintenance, children's cuts and teen cuts. Other services include a Keratin Express smoothing treatment, a round-brush blowout, a senior portrait preparation bundle, and brow and lip waxing.
The salon carries haircare lines including Kérastase, Kevin Murphy, Amika, Pureology, Bumble and bumble and äz craft. Kérastase is sold only in the salon, with in-salon discounts. Products bought at the salon can also be ordered online and shipped to the buyer. The salon also rents chairs to independent beauty professionals on flexible days in a clean, modern workspace.
Aims to be a relaxed, homelike space where the focus is on how guests feel in the chair, with looks chosen to fit each person's style and lifestyle.
