The first Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, in Midtown, opened on August 7, 2006. The South Tulsa location followed on March 29, 2007, and Brookside opened on May 18, 2012.

It aims to serve every client within 15 minutes of arrival. Every haircut carries the same base price, with a Cut at $21 and a Jr./Sr. Cut at $20 at all locations for clients 12 and under and 60 and older. Blowout pricing depends on length, density and style. Gift cards are available at all locations.

The Awapuhi Treatment is a hair treatment built on a Paul Mitchell exclusive Keratriplex blend, described as 100% sulfate free. According to the salon, it reduces breakage by up to 80%, improves shine by up to 35%, and prevents color fading by up to 67%. The Tea Tree Experience is a treatment that includes a scalp massage with tea tree shampoo and conditioner, a hot steamed towel, and an upper neck and shoulder massage.
