Manicures range from a basic spa version, which softens natural nails in warm water and includes cuticle care and a hand massage, to a deluxe version that soaks hands in aromatic oil and wraps them in heated mittens. A gel/shellac polish manicure pairs the basic spa service with a high-gloss gel polish of the client's choice. Dip powder manicures are done dry on natural nails with no primer, and according to the salon the finish can stay flawless for 21 days or more. Gel polish is described by the salon as lasting up to 14 days or more.

Pedicures run in four levels. The basic service takes 25 minutes and includes nail shaping, cuticle care, callus removal, massage, and hot towels. The spa version adds a sea salt scrub over 30 minutes. The deluxe spa pedicure takes 40 minutes and uses the VOESH NY Pedi in a Box four-step treatment. The super deluxe version takes 55 minutes and adds milk and honey sugar scrubs, a hydro-masque, a foot massage, and a hydrating paraffin treatment. Every pedicure includes a pedi-liner and a disposable pedi kit, and adding gel/shellac polish to a pedicure carries an extra charge of 15.

Artificial nail services include acrylic and gel powder sets and refills, gel/shellac color sets and refills, pink and white sets and refills, and ombre fills. Extensions, long nails, and custom shapes on dip powder and artificial services carry additional fees, and cutting the cuticle on an artificial nail service is an extra 5. Leftover dip powder is discarded after each dip powder manicure.

Waxing covers face, body, and combination services, from brows, lip, chin, and sideburns to complete face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini, and Brazilian. Equipment is sanitized with Barbicide solutions and sterilizers, and single-use products are used for anything that cannot be sterilized. Clients with conditions or allergies are asked to tell the technician before a service. The salon says its staff are trained, licensed, and held to high standards of service.
