Every service begins with a consultation. Brow Mapping is used to decide which hairs to remove and which to let grow, and the brow expert styles the brows at the end of the appointment.

The menu covers brow lamination with or without a tint and shape, brow tinting, several brow waxing options, and face waxing for the lip, chin and sides. Two featured services are Great Shape Brow Wax, which removes stray hairs for a more defined shape, and True Color Brow Tint, a custom-blended tint meant to look natural while adding depth to brows. Clients new to dye or tint need a 24-hour patch test before a brow tint, and anyone with an allergy to hair dye or perming solutions needs one before a brow lamination. Patch tests can be done without an appointment, and in some countries they take 48 hours. Clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and should not have had a brow lamination within the six weeks before the visit. Arriving more than five minutes late can cost a client their appointment spot.
