A diagnosis is not needed to book, and the salon serves everyone from first-time toddlers to teens and adults who want regular trims or bigger changes.

A visit takes place one-on-one in a quiet private suite with calming tools, and the pace is set by the client. A standard haircut runs about 30 minutes and uses a therapeutic approach that focuses on comfort and gradually getting used to haircutting tools. Extended haircuts give clients extra time, tools, and support. Every haircut includes personalized care, a choice of entertainment, styling, and a collectible from the prize machine. For clients who are unsure, a Meet and Greet session lets them explore the studio and tools without getting a haircut, and booking a haircut within the following week is recommended.

Pricing ranges from a classic cut priced by the service to fixed-price options. The Extended Cut and the Custom Curly Cut are each $50 and take about an hour; the Custom Curly Cut includes a curl-conscious shampoo, a custom cut, and styling. The First Haircut Memory Package is $40 for a child's first cut and includes printed before and after photos, a first haircut certificate, and a lock of hair. Clients are charged only for the time spent in the appointment, and a full haircut may not be finished in the first few visits.

Color services include all over color, one color, partial and full highlights, and balayage. Every color appointment begins with a free consultation of about 10 minutes that covers goals, current color, hair health, and a plan. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations may carry a fee. Clients contact the salon through the Text Us button on the booking site.
