A new client usually begins with an Acne Consult, a 45-minute visit for $70 that explains the type of acne they have and how to clear it. Clients who want treatment at the first visit can choose the Acne Consult with Treatment, a 2-hour visit for $90, and should expect home care products to add an average of about $200 before sales tax. Before any treatment, clients complete a medical questionnaire and list their medications and current skin care products.

Ongoing care is built around Acne Consultation with Service visits, which are 2 hours and take place every two weeks until the skin clears. Each visit is tailored to what the skin needs, such as hydration or anti-bacterial or anti-inflammatory treatment, and the first set of products averages about $180 before tax. The clinic says clients can be clear in three to four months when they follow the program. Existing clients can book a 30-minute Acne Treatment for $90 or a 15-minute Tune-Up Quick Extraction, which includes extraction, hydration and a check-in, with pricing that varies.

Beyond acne, the clinic offers a one-hour facial for $85, a one-hour Skin Care Consult for $60 and a 30-minute chemical peel for $90. Rosacea is treated with chemical exfoliation, ultrasonic treatments and calming, hydrating care, and the clinic notes that rosacea is not acne. Waxing is offered for eyebrows, lip, full face, underarms, arms, legs and bikini, with pricing given by phone.

The clinic is walk-in free and has no waiting area, so appointments are needed. Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments or late arrivals are charged in full, with late arrivals possibly shortened. The acne program is for clients 18 and older. Credit cards are accepted, parking is available, and the clinic is accessible for people with disabilities. Staff wear disposable gloves, disinfect surfaces and client areas between appointments, and use disposable supplies. Products are not sold online and are ordered by calling the clinic, with free pick-up taking about 10 minutes. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days.
