Just Facials

Just Facials is a small, owner-run facial studio in Tucson. Its founder, Melissa Land, started the business to focus on facials alone, drawing on years of work across salons, resorts, day spas and clinical settings. The studio does not offer waxing, lash services or other treatments outside the facial menu.

A visit begins with a conversation about skin concerns, daily routine and goals, followed by a professional skin analysis. The facial is then built around what the skin needs that day. Treatments may combine exfoliation such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion or hydrodermabrasion with oxygen, microcurrent, a peptide infusion, a customized mask and massage of the neck, shoulders and scalp. Extractions are done only where they will benefit the skin. Clients do not need to pick products or techniques, since the esthetician chooses them during the appointment.

Each appointment is one-on-one in a private studio, with no shared waiting room. The business describes its facials as quietly luxurious. Downtime is typically none, though some pinkness, sensitivity or mild flaking can occur, and this is discussed before treatment. Pregnancy-safe options are available for every facial, and certain exfoliants and ingredients are avoided when needed.

Free parking is available in the front and side lots, both monitored by security cameras. Booking is by phone or text at 520-214-0124. A $25 deposit is required from new clients, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. A referral program gives both the referrer and the new client a $25 treatment credit after the new client's first completed visit.

Treatments are selected for each client's skin condition, tolerance and goals, with the aim of protecting the skin barrier rather than overwhelming it.
