Every visit begins with a free one-on-one consultation that carries no obligation to book. At that appointment the team assesses Fitzpatrick skin type, which shapes the settings for any laser or light work, and each treatment plan is tailored to skin type, concerns and goals. Many clients complete a series of three to four sessions spaced about four weeks apart. Results depend on skin type, condition, age, lifestyle and how consistently treatments are done, and they may vary.

The facial menu includes BBGLOW with LED light, the Epionce Lux facial with LED light (which the spa calls its signature treatment and says is among its most-requested in Houston), and options with hydra masks, hot stones, cupping and radio frequency. Laser and light services cover laser hair removal, laser removal for tattoos and eyebrow tattoos, and IPL for sun spots and redness. For texture and scarring, the spa offers several forms of microneedling, chemical peels from light to deeper strengths, CO2 resurfacing, and TCA Cross for ice pick and boxcar acne scars.

The spa is an authorized Epionce partner in Houston and uses that skincare line in treatments and aftercare, with clients sent home on an at-home routine. Peel aftercare includes a gentle cleanser, Renewal lotion and a tinted SPF 50. Starting September 1, 2026, a $25 fee applies for arriving 15 or more minutes late, a $75 fee for cancelling within 48 hours, and a $100 fee for cancelling within 24 hours. Payment options include major cards, digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later services and bank transfers.

Each client starts with a free consultation and skin assessment, and treatment plans are customized to skin type, concerns and goals rather than set in advance.
