The spa describes its approach as combining restorative care with relaxation and renewal. Its menu is organized into spa services such as massages, facials, body treatments, and hands and feet services, plus a salon side with hair, nails, waxing, tinting, and eyebrow and lash coloring, and a wellness menu offered in collaboration with The Covery, an immersive wellness studio focused on preventative and restorative therapies overseen by professional medical staff.

Guests receiving a massage, facial, or body treatment of 50 minutes or longer are invited to use the spa amenities at no extra charge, including locker facilities, the indoor and outdoor pools, and the sundeck. Access is not included with standalone nail services. Qualifying guests may also book lunch or dinner in the spa's dining rooms, where the menu is made from fresh ingredients and cooked from scratch, with baking done daily. Custom cakes, cupcakes, and petit fours can be pre-ordered with at least seven days' notice.

Couples can book the private Couples Suite for side-by-side massages, and couples facials are performed in private rooms. The spa also hosts groups, corporate events, celebrations, cabana rentals, and weddings, and sells gift cards.

Guests must be at least 14 years old to receive a spa treatment. Guests aged 14 to 17 need a parent or guardian in the spa during the treatment, and teen facials are booked with a same-gender provider unless a parent or guardian asks otherwise. A 23% service charge is added automatically to all spa and salon services, and the spa notes that fees may change without notice and vary by day, time, and seasonal demand.

The spa describes its philosophy as pairing restorative treatments with relaxation and renewal, with many menu items built around exfoliation, massage, and customized facial work.

The building is styled after a European villa with gardens, and the spa describes weekdays as quieter and weekends as more social and lively.
