Care is organized into five programs. TruVitality covers hormone care, including lab-guided bioidentical hormone therapy for women and men. TruTrim is medically supervised weight loss. TruPerformance focuses on sports performance and recovery, and TruRadiance is the medical aesthetics program. AgeWell covers health optimization and longevity. Functional medicine runs alongside a patient's primary care provider and is not emergency care.
The aesthetics side centers on the Aura 3D facial scan, a Swiss-made imaging system that captures the face and neck in about a minute and shows where volume has been lost. The scan is a planning tool for treatment, not a diagnosis. Sculptra plans are individualized and work by stimulating the body's own collagen, and most patients need three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. The Sculptra 3D Experience pairs the scan with a consultation and a personalized plan, and is listed as complimentary. The clinic describes itself as the only practice in Newburyport offering Aura 3D scanning. It also says it uses ultrasound with fillers for vascular mapping, monitoring, managing complications and dissolving product.
A visit begins with a consultation in which the provider reviews goals and health history and recommends a plan. First-time clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and consent forms are sent ahead of the appointment. Injectable visits typically take 10 to 45 minutes with topical numbing available, and filler appointments usually run 30 to 45 minutes. Most injectable patients return to daily activities right away, with minor swelling, redness or bruising usually fading within a few days. IV sessions typically last 45 minutes to an hour and are given by the licensed clinical team in a clinical setting.
Appointments can be booked online at any time or by calling during office hours. A credit card is required to hold an appointment, but it is not charged at booking; cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations or missed visits carry a $100 late-cancellation fee or a charge for the full service amount. Full payment is due at the time of service, and gratuities are not included in prices. The clinic does not accept insurance but accepts most HSA and FSA plans, and offers financing through CareCredit, the Aspire Mastercard and Cherry payment plans via the Allē rewards program. Active-duty military, veterans, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics and law enforcement receive a 10% discount on all services. Most services are for adults 18 and older, with some services open to teens accompanied by a parent or guardian.
