Every visit begins with a consultation, including follow-up visits. Clients are offered a complimentary beverage such as tea, local brewery beer or bourbon, and the salon has a complimentary bar. The salon describes itself as the top men's grooming in NYC and says it has worked in Midtown Manhattan for over 20 years, with a team that has decades of hands-on experience.

Hair services run from a clipper-only Clipper Cut at $49 to a Cut and Finish at $105, which includes a consultation, a hair wash with scalp massage, a haircut and styling. A standard men's haircut lasts 45 minutes, and the salon suggests returning about every three weeks. Beard trims, shaves with a hot-towel pre-shave and straight-edge finish, body trims, waxing, color, facials, nails and massage round out the menu.

The salon sells a custom-made line of men's grooming products. It says the line was tested in its own salons and describes the products as highly functional and result oriented.
