Full sets are the longest appointments. A classic full set uses a 1:1 ratio of natural lashes to extensions and is limited by how many healthy natural lashes a client has. A mixed full set combines classic extensions with volume fans, and a volume full set uses hand-made fans of several thin extensions customized to each natural lash.

Fills are booked on a schedule. Classic, mixed and volume fills are meant to be done every two to three weeks, while the extended fills are for clients who have gone more than three weeks since their last visit. Lash removal is free for existing clients. Fill appointments are only booked for clients who have had a prior visit, and the studio does not accept fills started elsewhere.

The studio is open Monday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM; it is closed on Sundays. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service price, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price. Fees go to the card on file and cannot be applied to a future appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
