Visits start with a consultation. Stylists take time to hear a client's goals before working on the hair, and color services are customized to each client. Color quotes are based on a conversation, and the salon offers a complimentary consultation for them. Color going darker starts at $95 and going lighter starts at $160, while color correction and fashion color are priced after consultation. Haircuts range from $45 to $125, with the price reflecting each stylist's experience level.

Appointments are booked personally by text, phone call, email or Instagram DM, since online booking is not offered. A valid card secures every appointment, and cash, debit and major credit cards are accepted. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged half the booked service and no-shows are charged the full price. The salon does not offer refunds for services performed, but if a client is unhappy it will work with them in the salon to make it right. The salon uses and sells only the R+Co and R+Color product line.

Consultations come first so the stylist can learn a client's goals before touching the hair, and color is customized to each person.
