The facial menu is built around a few core treatments. The True Essence Experience is a 75-minute facial with a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, facial massage, extractions, a custom mask and ice globe therapy, finished with a lip hydrator, serum, moisturizer and SPF. The Radiance Redefined Signature Facial runs 90 minutes and adds dermaplaning, high-frequency and LED light therapy. The True Renewal Experience takes 120 minutes and layers in a firming peptide mask and eye sculpting with ice globes.
Waxing covers the face, body, underarms, legs and intimate areas, with single strips priced from $10 and full-area services up to $85. Brazilian waxes come in several versions, including a first-time rate and a rate available only on Wednesdays. Wax packages give credit for six or twelve sessions at a set total that is lower than booking them one at a time. The Brazilian and Brazilian plus underarms packages include glycolic and retinol exfoliating pads and an aloe moisturizer, shipped to the client's home.
Every service includes a consultation. Most bookings need a non-refundable deposit, from $5 to $90 depending on the service, which is applied to the total. Waxing and facial appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Shorter notice is charged 20% of the service total, and a no-show without notice is charged the full amount. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, after which the service may be shortened or need to be rebooked. Packages are prepaid, personal and must be used within a set period. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom values and are final sale. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can use buy now, pay later financing, with approval required before the appointment.
