Men and women both come for care, and the team combines urology, gynecology, surgery and nursing expertise.

Care is offered in person at three locations. In-office services are by appointment, Saturdays are by appointment only, and the office is closed on Sundays. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Before treatment, patients are asked to have a recent Pap smear and vaginal exam from a gynecologist or primary care physician, or, for men, a recent PSA test and penile exam from a urologist or primary care physician. Patients are also asked to stop aspirin, anti-inflammatories, herbal medicine and diet pills two weeks ahead, and to avoid waxing or chemical hair removal in the treatment area.

Appointment deposits are non-refundable and hold the provider, medical staff and equipment for the booked time. If an appointment is cancelled without rescheduling, the deposit becomes a credit valid for six months from the payment date. Payment plans are available through Cherry and CareCredit. Memberships carry enrollment and administrative fees charged at sign-up. Climax Club is $99 per month and includes a new member gift, $100 in Climax Cash each month with exclusions, 10% off products and services with exclusions, and $12 per unit of botox or toxin. Acoustic Shockwave membership is $299 per month for two low-intensity sessions. Hormone Pellet Therapy membership is $200 per month for 12 months and covers a year of pelleting procedures, lab work and DIM supplements.

UroFill is a hyaluronic acid filler injected for penis girth enhancement, offered to patients aged 21 and over, with each unit equal to 1.2 mL. Pricing is by unit: 4 units $2,800, 6 units $3,900, 10 units $6,000, 20 units $11,000 and 30 units $15,000. The site lists a minimum of 4 to 6 units, with up to 6 units in a single visit, and an initial recommendation of 6 units adjusted to the result wanted. A session takes about 15 minutes after numbing, patients may return to normal activities right away, and a compression bandage is worn for 72 hours.

Medical weight loss is a physician-guided program under professional medical supervision, with a customized plan developed with the physician. Options are a 4-week and a 12-week injection package using GLP-1 and GLP-1 plus GIP injections. Monthly B12 injections can be added to any package, and nutrition plans are developed with a registered nutritionist. Consultations are scheduled by contacting the office.
