The studio focuses on customized facials, barrier repair, sculpting treatments and what it calls advanced skin wellness.

The studio describes its facials as both corrective and relaxation-focused, meant to support the skin and the nervous system together. Its stated mission is to give clients a calm place for skin treatment and rest. Treatments use professional-grade skincare, and each facial is adjusted to the individual client's skin.

Clients can start with a free 20-minute virtual skin consultation on Zoom, which covers skin concerns, the current routine and product suggestions. A paid 30-minute virtual follow-up is optional and is held about four weeks after the first skincare consultation. In-person visits begin with the Truce Botanical Intro Facial, a 75-minute treatment made with high-potency organic ingredients, offered at a founding client introductory price. The Truce Fall Glow is a 90-minute Vitamin C facial tailored to the client's skin.

The studio is open Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM, closed Tuesday through Friday, open Saturday from 2 PM to 6 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. New clients booking the botanical intro facial pay a $50 deposit, and the Fall Glow requires a $30 deposit. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and to give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals over 15 minutes and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service price. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
