Visits usually start with a consultation, which the salon offers free of charge. Prices are set by a stylist's years of experience, education and customer demand, and they vary with each client's hair length, density and structure. Haircut prices are starting points that depend on the time booked and may change after the consultation. A blow dry is included with one-hour haircuts, while half-hour haircuts do not include one. Haircuts longer than half an hour are priced as full-hour cuts, and time beyond an hour is charged extra for each artist. Most styling and coloring appointments are booked by the hour unless a consultation sets a different plan. Listed prices are cash prices.

Color correction begins with a consultation, which sets the time needed and the color to be used; extra time and product are charged separately. Hair coloring includes single process or glaze, color balancing, double process, grey blending, face frame highlights, crown highlights, full highlights, balayage and color correction. Glazes are included with several highlight and balayage services.

Some bookings have their own terms. Updo appointments need a 50% deposit, and cancellations must be made 72 hours ahead to receive full store credit only. Cezanne Treatment bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract, and appointments cannot be moved or changed. Bridal parties sign contracts and pay non-refundable deposits to book. Cancellation terms for other services are available in the salon.

Staff must have education and qualifications before they perform services on clients, and the salon trains its team on current haircutting techniques and its own product line.
