The salon's stated mission is for every guest to leave feeling confident, cared for and themselves. It lists kindness, education, community, craftsmanship, inclusivity and respect for guests' time as its core values.

A first visit starts with a consultation about the client's hair history, how they style their hair day to day, and their goals. Color correction, Embracing the Gray, hair extension and general consultations are each 30 minutes and complimentary, and color correction and extension services are booked only after their consultation. A complimentary strand test, 15 minutes long, is recommended before color correction or chemical services, and a complimentary scalp scan looks at the scalp and hair under magnification.

The salon holds Ouidad Curly Hair Salon certification. Its Babe Certified extension artists handle tape-in, bonded, micro-link and hand-tied installations. The salon uses Moroccanoil color and care products and sells them to clients. Bookings require a card on file. Cancellations made with under 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. A complimentary re-do adjustment is available within 7 days of a service.
