A visit begins with your concerns and goals. The provider explains your options, what results are realistic, and how many sessions a plan is likely to take. The first visit also includes a review of your health history and current medications, along with an explanation of sessions, downtime and aftercare. Most consultations are free of charge; a weight-loss program consultation costs $150, and when a consultation fee applies it is credited to your balance.

The cosmetic menu centers on TRU facials, each of which includes a TRU Cleanse, a custom skin analysis and a product recommendation. Other TRU options are TRU Microderm, TRU Dermaplaning, TRU Oxy Trio and TRU SkinPen, and a vampire facial can be added to the TRU SkinPen treatment. Laser skin treatments address acne scars, pigmentation, rosacea and unwanted hair, and laser hair removal typically takes six to eight sessions for long-lasting reduction.

The men's spa provides facial rejuvenation, injectables, laser treatments, laser hair removal, weight loss and anti-aging care. Its PRP hair restoration is offered to men and women who have thinning hair, a wider part or a receding hairline.
