Color visits usually start with a free hair analysis that includes a strand test to check hair elasticity. Balayage is offered for short cuts such as pixies and short bobs, for medium and long hair, as partial placements with face framing, and as ombre balayage, which can take many hours and is estimated at about $100 per hour. Starting prices are given on the menu, and the price moves with toner, cuts or other services added.

Extensions are a major part of the business. Trù is the salon's own brand. The Trù Invisible Cold Extensions are made from Slavic hair, according to the salon, and the salon describes them as damage-free human hair attached with tiny bonds to the client's own hair.
