Tru Aesthetics operates from the Phenix Salon Suites complex on Sunne Lane in Walnut Creek. The operating company is listed as S&M Management CA LLC, doing business as Tru Aesthetics. The site does not describe the founding or the people behind the practice beyond their provider roles.

The injectable menu includes neurotoxin treatments using Botox and Dysport, and dermal fillers from the Restylane and Juvederm lines. Sculptra is also offered; it is a collagen-stimulating filler. Chemical peels include the VI Peel, which contains TCA, salicylic acid, phenol and vitamin C, and the X-Rated VI Peel, a VI Peel with exosomes added. The business describes VI Peels as safe for all skin types. The peel is not offered to people with an aspirin or phenol allergy, or to anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

The suite is next to Atypical Mens Grooming and Starbucks, with Jones Rd as the cross street off Treat Blvd. Two parking garages offer free parking for up to 2 hours, and street parking is available off Treat Blvd and Sunne Ln. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with Saturday and Sunday visits by appointment only. Appointments can be booked through the client portal or by calling or texting (925) 322-1495. E-gift cards are sold through the client portal, which requires a profile, or can be requested by emailing the business.
