Color is the core of the menu. Options include hand-painted balayage and teasylights, partial and full foil work, root color, and double process color, which lightens the hair first and then applies pure pigment in a second step. Intensity colors and creative cutting are also available, along with a keratin smoothing treatment that the salon says lasts up to five months. Tone and blowout services are offered for hair that has already been lightened.
New guests add a free add-on to their booking so time can be set aside to talk through hair goals. Listed prices run from $59 for a teen cut to $275 and up for a heavy full foil. Several services start at a set price, and the final cost depends on factors such as hair density, length and time since the last appointment.
Booking terms are firm. Changes made within 48 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the booked services, and same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, no-shows and late arrivals are charged the full booked amount. Arrivals have a 5-minute grace window, and the card on file is charged once a client is more than 10 minutes late. New clients pay a deposit of $5 to $25 depending on the service.
