The salon says its top priorities are cleanliness and client satisfaction. Stations and tools are cleaned and disinfected after each use unless they are single-use, and many materials are disposable, with some items available for clients to take home. Equipment, tools and furniture are treated with hospital-grade disinfection solutions and machines. Pedicure bowls are washed with soap, warm water and an EPA-registered disinfectant after every use, and plastic bowl liners are not used.

Services are by appointment only and are booked online through Square. Clients booking for two or more people should call or send a message, since the booking site does not show simultaneous openings. Same-day appointments may be possible by calling the shop. Facials need booking at least a day ahead, while nail extensions and nail art may need a week. A 40% deposit is taken when a request is accepted and becomes non-refundable 24 hours before the appointment. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment is treated as a no-show. The salon is open Monday and Wednesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and is closed on Tuesdays. Waxing and lash services are not offered. Pets are not permitted, though service animals are welcome.

The salon says it has never presented itself as all natural and that the products it carries contain chemicals. Some polishes are made without certain ingredients, and staff can point clients to those on request.
