Paige's Faces is a solo skincare studio in Davis, run by Paige Pickard, who is the owner and operator. Facials are tailored to each client's skin, and the studio describes its treatments as results-driven and relaxing.

Visits usually begin with a cleanse and skin analysis, followed by exfoliation and the steps and devices that suit the chosen length of treatment. Longer facials add more steps, such as facial massage, extractions, treatment masques, LED therapy, cold globe massage, high frequency or gua sha. Clients also leave with serums, moisturizer and SPF layered on.

Six professional skincare brands are stocked here: Glymed Plus, Lira Clinical, Image Skincare, Circadia, Skinscript Rx and Stratia. Beyond those, staff suggest products from a wide range of other brands according to each client's needs.

Booking questions can be directed by phone at (916) 878-1935 or by email at paigepickardbeauty@gmail.com. Clients are asked to keep a credit or debit card on file, to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead, and to arrive on time since arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a cancellation. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee and no-call, no-show appointments a 100% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.

Open Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 4 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 6 PM. Closed Sundays and Mondays. Clients who need to restock skincare can text ahead for a free 15-minute product pick-up.

Treatments are custom-tailored, with the aim of skin that feels healthy and balanced rather than perfect. The studio works with concerns such as breakouts, fine lines and hyperpigmentation.

The studio says it welcomes everyone regardless of identity or skin type and aims to be a safe, comfortable place for all clients.
