The salon suggests a touch-up schedule by color type: every 3 to 6 weeks is not the case here, rather every 3 to 6 months for balayage and lived-in color, every 6 to 8 weeks for blondes and highlights, every 4 to 6 weeks for reds and fashion colors, and every 4 to 6 weeks for root touch-ups. Concerns about a color can be reported within 7 days. Corrective coloring starts with a consultation, and longer or thicker hair may carry an additional charge.

Smoothing and Hair Botox are also offered. The Brazilian Blowout Original Smoothing Treatment lasts up to 12 weeks and has no wait period, so clients can wash their hair right after leaving.
