Color is the core of the menu, from root touch-ups for grey coverage and single process color to face frame, halo and full highlights. The salon also offers what it describes as luxury blonding and transformative color treatments, along with color correction, which is priced after a consultation.

Invisible Bead Extensions are the salon's signature service. The salon calls this the most requested extension method, and the technique is designed to avoid bead contact discomfort, to keep the beads out of sight when hair is worn up, and to limit tension on the scalp and hair. Extension clients start with an online form and an in-person meeting to pick a color match and order wefts if needed. Installs use hand-tied wefts, and the salon reports that reusable wefts last 9 to 12 months with proper care. Maintenance move ups are booked every 7 to 10 weeks on clean, dry hair, and a wash and blowout can be added for an extra charge. New extension clients receive a gift with hair care items and a home care card.

Permanent jewelry is offered free and takes about 30 minutes. Booking is handled online, and the salon's policy charges 50% of the scheduled services for cancellations made 48 hours or less before the appointment and 100% for no-shows.
